Naturally Leavened 75% Hydration Frozen Pizza Dough
Our pizza dough is naturally leavened, has 75% hydration, 48-hour cold fermentation, and is frozen.
Ingredients: Flour blend, Water, levain, and salt.
For use: Remove from bag, place on sheet pan cover w/ plastic wrap, and defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours or room temp for 6-8 hours. Defrosted pizza dough can last up to 2 day in refrigerator.
