California Wood Fired Pizza is a Northern California based frozen pizza company bringing our wood-fired frozen pizzas to you. Specializing in, naturally leavened, hand-stretched artisanal pizza. We use only the freshest quality ingredients, locally sourced and organic whenever possible. Our frozen pizzas can be delivered to your doorstep (see above).
It's all about the dough
All naturally leavened hand-stretched dough is made fresh using flour, levain, sea salt, and water.

We use only the best flour from California to Italy, with each ball shaped by hand, cold-fermented for over forty-eight hours, producing a light, natural, and easily digestible dough.

With only the freshest carefully selected seasonal produce, artizen meats, and cheese sourced locally and organic whenever possible. Taste the difference with our rich, creamy Fior di Latte fresh Mozzarella from the Grande cheese company, and our organic whole peeled California tomatoes from Bianco Dinapoli.
